As a health coach, I often discuss with my clients the unexpected positive spillover that regular exercise kickstarts. When you start exercising, you often sleep better, eat better and gain self-confidence.
I believe when you are at peace with yourself, there is a similar domino effect. Here are a few ways inner peace sets the stage for everything else: You Can Live in the Present “Live in the present”, “enjoy the moment”, “be here now”.
When you’re at peace with yourself, these ideals come easier, because you’re not busy worrying about what happened in the past, or what could happen in the future.
