Living with borderline personality disorder (BPD) is difficult. It is exhausting. It is mentally and often physically draining.

And that is at the best of times. Now, during a global pandemic, forced to spend an indefinite number of weeks on end away from friends and family, it is becoming increasingly difficult to deal with.

Not all aspects of BPD are problematic all at once for me personally; the symptoms come in waves and sometimes can last from hours to days.
