I am haunted by my complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD). I have ghosts that come out of the deepest parts of me. These ghosts are not like thoughts, no not at all.

These ghosts are bodily sensations that trick my mind into thinking something is wrong. We all have thoughts, things we spontaneously imagine — some good, some bad.

We have thoughts about our likes or dislikes, our future and our past. When we compose a thought, it is birthed in our mind.
