I have a confession to make. Yesterday I was driving home and I heard a particular song on the radio that reminded me of my son.

My thought while listening was that the song fit his personality and would be a great song to play at a celebration of life for him.

This then led me to reminisce about different memories and stories I have of him that truly show his personality. I spent a 30 minute car ride thinking of the details for his celebration of life (because when a child dies you can’t do anything other than celebrate the life they had), while he was home playing with his brothers, as healthy as he possibly could be given his Hurler’s diagnosis and complications.
