I’m kind of at the end of my rope. Meds work fine, but they’re just not enough, and I need more support. I’m trying to get a therapist locally and I am having zero luck because I don’t think just jumping into telehealth with someone you don’t know from Adam is a great idea, and nobody wants to do in person appointments these days.
