Associate Professor Ingvild Saksvik-Lehouillier from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology’s (NTNU) Department of Psychology, led the study.Saksvik-Lehouillier said less sleep than normal did not necessarily lead to more negative feelings, like being down or depressed.
