Decision fatigue can happen to us all. During high stress periods in our life where a lot of seemingly important choices have to be made in short order, sometimes we hit a point where it all feels like too much.

We want the pressure to ease up, and for other people to take the helm for a while so we can catch our breath. I’m currently at that point in my life.

I desperately feel like I need a break. I live with generalized anxiety disorder, which already makes decision-making difficult on even a good day.
