I still stand in love and light,Drop down the blinds,That opens into the thorns and thistle.I quietly let the demons walk out the door,Cause we are more of something that we are meant for.Chainsaw clenches down the limbs of trees and,I stare at the dark-spotted sky.The loose faucets and running sands,The paper dreams,The pellets of hail,Cover the flowery patches of the backyard.And I still stand in love and light..
