Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, social distancing and quarantines have become increasingly crucial, resulting in many of us being confined to our homes.
During this time, we might be tempted to feel guilty and anxious about not being productive enough. Inner critics may sneakily but consistently tell us we’d be better off doing something else other than what we’re doing right now.
