What happened: Singer Camila Cabello took to Instagram on Monday to share a seven-minute video chronicling things she’s learned in her journey with anxiety.

The post was in honor of World Mental Health Day, which was Sunday, Oct. 10. In the video Cabello shared that, for her, practicing mindfulness and exercising every day are key stress management tools.
