ADHD brain allows me to accomplish complex tasks under stressful situations, yet the simple act of sending out an email can inspire procrastination for days, even weeks.

Some emails just never get sent.Over the years, I’ve come to accept that logic is not a factor here. It is what it is. And If I want to create a better life for myself with less stress, I had better figure out a way to get things done.
