As a chef, I take pride in my culinary creations. I spend an inordinate amount of time in the kitchen cooking intricate recipes to accommodate the guests who dine at my establishment.
My goal is to make our guests, even those with a myriad of complex dietary restrictions, feel special and cared for. I do it willingly and with all of my heart.
But … when it comes to feeding myself, many times there’s nothing left in my gas tank to prepare anything to eat that takes more effort than opening a package or ordering a pizza.
